Your goal is simple to say and long to finish: defeat monsters, clear dungeons, collect stronger gear, level your heroes, improve your Runes and keep pushing into harder stages. This page is the first hour, the loop that follows, and the answers players ask for most.
Nothing matches that. Try a shorter word — “chest”, “rune”, “gold”.
Getting started
Enter a dungeon and defeat monsters. Everything else grows out of that.
Equip stronger items the moment you get them. Better gear is what lets you survive longer and clear harder stages.
Spend your skill points. Open the Skills menu and upgrade your hero's skills — it raises combat power directly.
Open your chests by hand. Early on there is no automation; a closed chest is gear you are not wearing.
Push until a stage stops you, then farm. Go back to an earlier dungeon and keep clearing it until your heroes are stronger. The dungeon does not punish patience.
The loop
The same circle, deeper every time. This is the whole game, condensed.
In the early game you open chests manually: click one and it opens on the spot. Nothing opens by itself until you unlock it.
Automatic opening is unlocked later through the Rune tree, one node per chest type. Other Rune nodes raise how many chests you can hold and shorten the auto-open timer — the timer can be cut down to half of its starting value, never further.
Common Chest — drops from ordinary monsters while you farm. The Rune tree adds to its drop chance; it is the chest you will open most.
Rare (blue) Chest — drops from the semi-boss at the end of stages 1–9. Your first clear of a stage always drops one.
Boss (orange) Chest — the floor boss on stage 10. Its room is locked by a Soulstone, which you receive for clearing stage 9 of that floor for the first time; the stone is only spent when the boss dies.
Higher capacity lets you store more unopened chests while farming. If a chest drops while that type is full, it is lost — so capacity, together with inventory space, is what lets you farm longer without stopping to clean up.
Alchemy
Nothing you loot should sit in the inventory doing nothing.
Alchemy turns spare items — and items you cannot use yet — into progression. Instead of letting them pile up, you melt them and keep moving.
Rare and Legendary items give a higher Alchemy value. That is why extra crafted items are never wasted: if you do not equip them, they are still worth melting.
The recommended first Rune upgrade is Common Chest Drop Chance. More chests means more items, more spare equipment and more materials — and all of that can go through Alchemy.
Crafting
Materials and spare items in, better equipment out.
Crafting lets you use materials and extra items to create better equipment. When you are stuck on a stage and need more power, it is the fastest way to a stronger piece.
Crafting can also produce high-rarity items. If the result fits your build, equip it. If it does not, it goes to Alchemy for a higher value and speeds up your progress anyway.
Common Chest Drop Chance, Formation Unlock, Inventory Capacity, Bonus EXP, Bonus Gold, Automatic Chest Opening, Chest Capacity and Chest-Opening Speed. A Rune level is paid once and never refunded, so buy in an order that compounds.
Gold mainly goes into Runes. Do not spend all of it the moment it arrives: keep farming monsters, clearing dungeons, opening chests, crafting and alchemizing, and put the gold where it compounds.
Gold comes from kills (and, at a reduced rate, while you are offline), from Alchemy, and it grows with the Bonus Gold Rune.
Skills
Skill points are per hero: one for every level, spent in the Skills menu.
Open the Skills menu and use your available points to upgrade your hero's skills. Each hero fights with up to two active skills; the second slot opens at Level 15.
Return to an earlier stage and farm more EXP, gold, chests, equipment, materials and Alchemy fodder. Then, in this order: equip better items, upgrade skills, use Alchemy, craft stronger equipment, improve your Runes. Come back when the numbers have moved.
Your party also keeps farming the last stage you played while you are away — at a reduced rate and without item drops, on the server's clock. Enter the dungeon for full rewards.
Referral system (beta)
Invite a player with your link and you both get paid when they reach Level 30.
Your link has the form cryptoheroes.game/referral/<your name> (for example cryptoheroes.game/referral/waldo.bnb). You see it right after choosing your first hero, and it uses the name you sealed.
When the invited player reaches Level 30 with any hero, both of you receive 1,000,000 gold.
The reward is claimed once per referred account.
Additional Level 30 heroes on the same account give nothing extra.
Self-referrals, bots and duplicate accounts are not eligible.
Beta rewards
Play during the beta, reach Level 30, get paid in Orange Chests.
Players who reach Level 30 with any hero during the beta receive 15 Orange Chests: 5 with Level 10 items, 5 with Level 20 items and 5 with Level 30 items.
Items from these chests cannot be traded and alchemize for only a small amount of gold — they are there to make your heroes stronger, not to sell.
$LOOT is a token on BNB Chain. The game shows your wallet balance; premium classes, pets, bundles and account upgrades are priced in dollars and paid in $LOOT with one transaction you sign. You can buy $LOOT with BNB here.
Gear of Legendary rarity and above can be exported as an NFT: the item freezes in the game and is minted to your wallet. The Mailbox brings it back.
Gear of Legendary rarity and above can be sent to the market as NFT items and traded for $LOOT between players.
Signing in never sends a transaction — the wallet only signs a message.
Yes, on the server. Your party keeps farming the last stage you played at a reduced rate, with no item drops, for up to three hours of absence. Open the dungeon to collect full rewards and loot.
